Where we’re all about gardening, crafting, self-sufficiency and spoiling our animals!
In April 2016 we traded in our fast & foodie city life on the far North Side of Chicago for the quiet beauty of the country about 2 hours west. We bought a 160 year old farm house on 5 acres of land and decided to make a life of it! We didn’t really know what we were doing so with the help of Google, friends and family, books and some hard lessons we are creating the self-sufficient life we never knew we actually wanted. And we’re loving every minute of it!!
